Code of Practice

  1. Every effort will be made to recruit suitable personnel, who will perform in a manner such as will at all times preserve and enhance the reputation of participating companies and of Cashflow Services Ltd.
  2. Appointees will be instructed to avoid acrimony, contention and undue harassment and to act within the law at all times. Failure to comply with these instructions will result in their services being terminated.
  3. In view of the possibility of conflict of interest employees of participating companies will not be considered for appointment as Agents unless CFS receives a letter directly from the participating company's personnel department endorsing the application.
  4. Appointees will be strictly prohibited from selling credit or goods of any kind to those debtors referred to them.
  5. Appointees will be strictly prohibited from collecting payments on behalf of any other organisation from debtors referred to them by CFS.
  6. Appointees will be expected to declare any personal interest, which might impinge on their impartiality in any manner relevant to their duties on behalf of CFS.
  7. Appointees will be expected to treat all information received by them in the course of their duty as strictly confidential. Likewise it will be expected that information given by them to CFS will be true, fair and impartial.
  8. Appointees will be instructed to refer any queries directed to them involving CFS and/or any participating company, by the media, to CFS and under no circumstances to try to deal with such queries themselves.
